• Implementation of a group wide risk strategy & cash pooling (debt restructuring/refinancing)
• Project management: Implementation of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion) – volumes: 1 mio euro – 20 mio euro, project team members: > 250
• Performance & profitability improvement projects (e.g. plants in APAC region (Profitability, Six Sigma Projects) including Supply chain management leading to reduction in Working Capital by 40% within one fiscal year, reduction of SG&A by 10% within a fiscal year)
• Implementation of a new forecast process (6Q Sales-Forecast) for a multinational conglomerate with subsidiaries in APAC region (Singapore, China, Vietnam, Japan)
