- A confident ‘people person’ who drives results through building a team and delivering results
- Culturally aware and experienced with managing different ethnicities in harmony
- Able to manage owner/operator/stakeholder relationships
- Hotel opening and refurbishment projects in UK and Asia
- A driver of productivity improvement – particularly in housekeeping and operational areas
