All governements and politics are pushing pure electric vehicles forward by force.
But what peopl, the users fear most is the achievable (short) range of the vehicle, and with it the next dilemma:
Long, very long charging times. Whereby the loading stations are already mostly occupied.
On the other hand hydrogen as energy source is the magic word in Japan und China.
What if we had small emergency generators in the trunk that run on low-pressure hydrogen?
Or a reformer that converts methanol or liquid gas to produce hydrogen onboard?
I know that sounds crazy and complicated
But when I hear about customers experiences, these two are the biggest issues that should be addressed ASAP – with technology!
And don’t forget the heating/cooling requirements in the cabin! This consumes 30-50% of total energy. Have you ever experienced driving in winter that the ECU starts to save electricity, first driving down the heating until it is switched completely off (you need ice scrapers inside for the inner windscreen, oh like in the old days with Beetle – always try if little warm air is streaming to the windscreen…)
On the other side my invention of hydro-electric hybrid system “Ekokone” could now be taken to prototype level. The advantage:
Autonomous, no fuel and no emissions – Nada!
Modularly expandable for trucks and even ships and completely without heavy battery stacks (which weigh up to 650 kg in normal cars adding the weight of normal SUV up to over 3 tons).
With the environmental awareness that is rapidly awakening today, this would exactly the right development direction, a consistent complete solution for vehicles which concentrates and combines the best sides of hydraulics and electrics.
My original priority was ZERO EMISSIONS – honest and nowhere.
That’s the priority, of course it is possible to achieve with according technology-if one dears to drive against the main stream today and acts…
Why don’t we use the oldest form of energy, power of hydraulical pressure!
You can also use emulsified water instead of hydraulic oil.
I want to build the first functional prototype with you.
As the first for real sustainable future technology.
Herewith I have also a concept for a chassis that is stiff and light, but above all very easy and cheap to produce.
This technology could be used even for today`s pure electric cars.
By mentioning vibration control, we get into another topic, namely with high-speed motors or processing machines of the future that run as vibration-free as possible eliminating the prevailing unbalance forces (unbalance force increases quadratically with the speed). And with this elimination we achieve a significant improvement in the workpieces => less failure => more throughput => more money!
We have developed a new technology which is now in the industrialization phase.
Our new developed chip technology could be used here. With this way, vibrations can be reduced for instance in working machines in very easy way.
This is very easy to do with an energetically charged (with certain frequencies) chip glued to the base material or even mixed in the melt as powder.
With these chips you can positively influence the dynamic properties of the base material (metal, tires, air). Dramatic improvements have been measured in the worked pieces in case of working machines like lathe or milling machines for instance! With this technology easy to use I have also succeeded to reduce engine-based vibrations from motorcycle engine by changing the dynamical stiffness and damping of chassis material, or increased even the aerodynamical efficiency dramatically in the case of air stream (advantage in vehicle`s fuel consumption for instance).
You must try this! You will wonder…

Or new simulation programs with which you can virtually optimize motorcycle chassis and driveability.
A lot of people do that already, but we added a parameter, “Friction-Load”, which nobody has until now, and with which we can compensate the constant change of center of gravity from the system and with which you can bring simulation to exactly same level as real data recorded with data recording.
This is a very big problem in moto-gp and with motorcycles in general.
Come on, wake up folks from this rigidity, let’s get started, kinetic friction is much lower than static!
