Strategy execution logistics

To a preceding several years’ process for the strategy development we are instructed to transform this strategy with the different departments. For the start a strategy office is put on with the customer that promotes the process of the strategy execution. We develop a change map and tune the different participant committees together. In company of the strategy office the single departments develop in each case their mission, their strategic spheres of activity and a listing in operational short-term and long-term objectives. As a result the missions of the single departments are introduced during an event with all employees in the form of a common lighthouse. The worked out  operational objectives are brought by the leaders with the employees in  their annual objective arrangement, with thus the strategy is anchored with lasting effect in the day business.
