- Strategic realignment of the company, drafting of contracts and negotiations with suppliers and main customers, turnover and profit responsibility for PLN 30 million.
- Restructuring of sales, launch of new products from the UK and Germany, development of new product lines for the Polish market.
- Industry experience: automotive, security technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, service and logistics.

- Technical understanding, quick understanding of technical relationships, good knowledge of production processes and technical sales.
