  • CEO and COO role in SME in Switzerland (up to 35 employees, revenue up to 10 million CHF p.a.), including start up operation, building operation from scratch
  • Successful business development experience (M&A) from market scanning to post merger integration on the buy and the sales side (deals up to 100 Million CHF)

Skills:

 

  • Strong management skills in line and staff divisions as well in leading consulting teams and also extensive project and program management experience
  •  Ability to work in a complex environment with multi cultural teams (up to 12 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia)
  •  Effective in dealing with all management levels and excellent negotiation and presentation skillsStrong knowledge in IT, digital marketing and finance
