  • Very experienced PMO (approximately 15 years) for leading global companies, predominantly in global projects – especially IT projects – at all stages of the project lifecycle, with more than 100 team members, primarily in the life sciences, finance and engineering sectors.
  • Over 20 years working as a C and Board Level Personal Executive Assistant.
    Managed a cost center of over CHF 10 million. Was responsible for the operation
    of offices, eg. B. Department Office, CxO Offices, Chairman of the Board (Chairman of the Supervisory Board / Chief Executive Officer) and the Corporate
    Office. Worked as a secretary to the board and as a personal assistant to CxOs
    and board chairmen.
  • International and company-wide experience. Stays in various regions and cultures
    made it possible to handle people of different origins with confidence and to be
    able to competently support corporate goals in strategic programs.
  • Has many years of experience in global leading international companies
    (20+ years), high performance and matrix organization, primarily at headquarters,
    in multicultural, cross-divisional, dynamic and regulated (process and policy
    driven) environments. Also familiar with different company sizes, from small to
    mid-sized companies as well as family businesses and spin-offs / start-ups.
  • Experienced working in delicate environments affected by change processes (such as merger, post-merger, organizational and structural changes) and in virtual and international teams.
